Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Timescales

Currently we are only able to ship to UK Mainland. All orders from outside of UK Mainland will not be process and payment will not be accepted. Shipping costs will be calculated based on weight, size and quantity. 

All orders for Macron products are shipped to us in Wrexham from Italy in generally 3-4 working days, in some instances we may have stock of your items but please assume we have to order the products in. 

Non personalised items will be normally shipped the same day we receive them but please allow 2 days for when we are in peak season, once shipped the timings will relate to the shipping options chosen on checkout.

Personalised Items obviously require the process of print or embroidery .  Please allow an extra 7 - 14 days in peak season and feel free to email us on info@macronstorewrexham.co.uk for an update of your order.

 

Returns Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy for faulty/damaged goods. We unfortunately can not exchange or refund personalised items, so please be 100% sure before purchasing.


If you have a change of mind on non-personalised items, we offer a 30 day return policy. All products must be returned in their original condition, fit for resale. Once the return has been made a full refund will be given (excluding the original delivery charge) within 30 days, providing the items are in their original condition. In the interest of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on underwear.

Any costs involved in exchanging/returning the product, providing it has been delivered correctly, must be paid for by the customer unless the item(s) is faulty.

 

Returns procedure

 

An intention to return a product must be expressed in writing no later than 30 days of receiving the goods. Personalised items (including any embroidery and/or vinyl printing) cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty. Upon notifying the store, the goods must be sent back within 14 days. 

All products must be returned in their original condition, fit for resale.  In the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on underwear.

 

Any costs involved in exchanging/returning the product must be paid for by the customer unless the item(s) is faulty.

All returns should be expressed in writing by one of the following methods:

Refunds

 

Once we receive your return a refund will be made within 14 days.  We do not refund shipping charges unless an item is faulty. An email confirmation will be sent to confirm your refund has been processed.  Please note the refund may show up as FC Teamwear Ltd on your bank statement.

 

Exchanges

 

Simply follow the 'Returns procedure' and advise on the exchange required.  Goods which need to be reshipped will incur an additional delivery charge.

 

Changing an order

 

Non-customised - please contact the store as soon as possible to notify of any changes.  Please refer to 'Returns procedure' for changes to the order after your goods have been received.

 

Customised - once your order has been placed no changes can be made.  We may be able to accept a change which incorporates an addition; please contact the sales team in this instance.

Any item that is customised will not be available for return or exchange so please be 100% sure before purchasing.
